Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Process Development Associate will be responsible for performing multiple tasks within the Process Development group in support of biologics manufacturing process.
The associate will perform a variety of responsibilities in both a team and individual setting. This position is an on-site position.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Set-up and perform routine maintenance and calibration on critical instrumentation
- Buffer preparation
- Operate automated processes including process monitoring
Qualifications
BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- BS degree in biological or related sciences
- Experience working in a laboratory
- Effective oral and written communications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience making buffers
- Experience setting up and cleaning equipment
- At least one year of laboratory experience
- Understanding of lab equipment up to 50L

Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Kankakee, IL are encouraged to apply.
